As part of an approach focused on transparency, data-driven regulation, and a better understanding of digital infrastructure across the territory, NEOGEO collaborated with Arcep, the telecoms regulator, on the complete redesign of the https://monreseaumobile.arcep.fr/ website, launched on July 9, 2025. Please note that “My mobile network” is the first “data-driven regulation” tool developed by Arcep, in support of its “Ambition 2030” strategy.

An interface serving the public interest

Neogeo is proud to have contributed to the design of this interactive map, which places information at the heart of public service. Thanks to a smooth, accessible, and modern interface, the new https://monreseaumobile.arcep.fr/ enables users of all profiles to explore, in just a few clicks, the quality of mobile service (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) across France, at the scale of an address, a neighborhood, or a territory.

Technical and cartographic expertise mobilized

Through this assignment, our teams leveraged their expertise in web mapping development, user experience design (UX/UI), and the management of large-scale projects. Delivered using an agile approach with strong involvement from both parties, the project benefited from close, iterative collaboration, ensuring that we stayed on course and delivered within the expected timelines. Designed according to a Mobile First approach to guarantee an optimal experience on all devices, the application is built on a modern, open technology stack combining Next.js, MapLibre, TailwindCSS, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, PG_tileserv, Pg_featureserv, Django, and Apache. This combination of technical innovation and collaborative methodology made it possible to deliver a high-performance, scalable, and user-centric solution.

A robust and interoperable infrastructure

The project is based on the collection, aggregation, and visualization of complex data from multiple operators and enriched by Arcep. Together, we designed a robust, high-performance architecture intended to:

  • visualize the status of mobile networks in real time,
  • leverage massive datasets (2G to 5G, FTTH…),
  • enable frequent, automated updates,
  • ensure optimal performance even during peak traffic,
  • comply with digital accessibility standards and data security requirements.

A mission at the heart of Neogeo’s values

This project perfectly illustrates Neogeo’s ambition: to put intelligent mapping at the service of public policy and the public interest. By supporting Arcep in this redesign, we are helping to strengthen transparency and improve the clarity of digital challenges across the entire territory.
