Challenges
Land tenure insecurity, driven in particular by delays in land title registration, high costs, and ineffective procedures for registering official documents, hinders the economic and social development of countries.
Establishing a harmonized organization around a single tool in line with regulations helps streamline and accelerate the processing of land applications, secure property titles, and improve the accessibility and availability of registration services open to the general public through the digitization of paper records, ultimately reducing land-related conflicts.
